Tour Length:  Tours last approximately 4 hours.  Tour times are set by sunrise and sunset.  Call for exact schedules.


Typical Tour:  Our evening elk eco-tour consists of round trip transport into Cataloochee Valley, a short hike, elk and other wildlife viewing, enjoying refreshments, and a mountain sunset.

What to Bring:  Suggested items include a camera, binoculars, video camera, a light jacket and hat.  Your guide will have extra binoculars and water available.

Hiking Boots

What to Wear:  Suggested items include comfortable walking shoes, long sleeves, pants, light jacket or sweater and a hat.  It is always a good idea to dress in layers.  Mornings and evenings tend to be cool and afternoons can be warm.

Credit Card & Money Sign

Payment:  Cash and credit cards accepted.

Liability Waiver:  As a condition of binding insurance coverage, all customers are required to read and sign a Waiver and Release Agreement prior to tour departure.
